With over 15 years of progressive Human Resources and leadership experience, I am a passionate and award-winning leader and philanthropist. I am committed to driving better business outcomes through well designed and executed people plans grounded in sound operational knowledge. I believe HR effectiveness is rooted in leadership committed to doing the right thing for people, stakeholders and the environment.
My broad Human Resources and People Leadership experience comes from roles in Public, Not for Profit and Private sectors such as Board of Directors, Employoee and Labour Relations Director and Human Resources Business Partner.
I started The People Boutique to humanize the HR experience. I believe with proper techqniues centered in empathy and compassion, we can build effective teams and encourage engagement for all employees to thrive and bring their best everyday.
